Banana Pomegranate Smoothie






½ cup 100% Pomegranate Juice
 
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or coconut water if you want it to taste less creamy)
 
1 frozen banana
 
½ Lemon – juiced with a citrus press
 
1 tsp of bee pollen (o[tional)
 
1 tsp of vanilla hemp protein (optional)

*About 310 calories
 
I let the stuff sit together for a minute so the bee pollen softens, and the bananas start to melt.  Blend and whip, and pulse, till you are left with creamy smooth satisfaction. This blend is very light, and easy to gulp down quickly or sip over a morning.  No overpowering flavors, but I did taste a lot of the banana, and not too sweet.  Makes one serving (about 2 cups)
